MCDF Fitness + Dance Experiences

MCDF Pole Fitness Experience

The Pole Fitness Experience is an introduction to pole fitness. Students will explore foundational movements, conditioning exercises, grips, transitions, and basic skills while building strength, confidence, coordination, and body awareness.


Designed for those new to pole fitness or those returning after a break and looking to ease back into training. 


This experience provides a supportive introduction to training and helps students determine the best path for their goals.

MCDF Pole Dance Experience

Prerequisite: At least One Pole Open Level or Pole Fitness Experience


This workshop focuses on learning a pole dance sequence in a structured setting.

Students will work through choreography while building confidence, movement quality, and overall performance skills. Emphasis is placed on connecting movements, musical awareness.


This workshop is designed to be both challenging and accessible, with modifications provided as needed.
