Pole fitness has helped me become the strongest/most fit I've ever been! I love working out and going to the gym but was stuck at wall with my weight loss. I came across this and wasn't sure if I'd be strong or confident enough to do something like pole fitness. But it has been the best decision I ever made to try. Not only is it an AMAZING workout it's a lot of fun!! I have pushed past my wall and gained soo much confidence in myself and my abilities. I've accomplished goals that I never though possible for me. SO, If you've looking to switch up your fitness routine or have ever been curious about trying, this is the place to go!! Jenni is an amazing teacher and I have met lots of great friends <3 :)
