Class Info

Our small group classes are designed to provide a fun and engaging experience while helping clients develop strength, flexibility, confidence, and body awareness through progressive training.


MCDF's regular schedule includes Pole Fitness, Pole Dance, Flow, Flexibility, Conditioning, Specialty Clinics, Adult Dance, and Aerial-based training opportunities throughout the year. Pole training is the primary focus of our weekly schedule and is offered daily.


Additional specialty clinics, dance experiences, labs, and seasonal workshops rotate throughout the schedule year-round to give students a variety of ways to continue progressing in their training.

Class Descriptions

All MCDF Classes are Open Level unless otherwise specified. We keep our class sizes small to ensure everyone is able to receive proper attention, while working at their own pace and level.


 

Pole Classes


Pole Open Level
Pole Open Level focuses on conditioning, spins, climbs, tricks, transitions, and pole combinations while allowing students to work at their own pace and individual level. Pole classes are offered daily in a supportive small-group environment.


Pole Dance
A choreography-based class incorporating pole flow, spins, poses, transitions, and movement combinations designed to build confidence, coordination, and musicality.


Flow
Flow focuses on movement quality, body awareness, transitions, musicality, and control while helping students connect movement fluidly both on and around the pole.


Pole Basework
Pole Basework focuses on foundational low pole techniques, floor transitions, movement quality, and body positioning while helping students develop fluidity and control at the base of the pole.


Invert Clinic
This clinic focuses on strength, conditioning, balance, and technique breakdowns to help students safely progress through both on-pole and off-pole inversions at their individual level.


Pole Labs
Pole Labs rotate throughout the schedule and focus on specific training concepts such as musicality, fluidity, combos, transitions, body awareness, basework, poses, and conditioning.


CONDITIONING & FLEXIBILITY


Strength & Flexibility
This class combines conditioning, strengthening, flexibility, and mobility training using bodyweight exercises and a variety of apparatuses including the pole, aerial hammock, yoga blocks, wheels, balance equipment, and more.


MCDF Stretch Clinic
A full-body flexibility clinic focused on increasing range of motion, improving mobility, releasing tension, and supporting stronger movement quality.


Fierce Fitness Fusion
A fitness-based class combining dance movement and bodyweight training to build stamina, coordination, strength, and overall conditioning.


FLOORWORK, DANCE, & SPECIALTY CLASSES


Floorwork
This class focuses on floor-based movement, transitions, flexibility, flow, acro-inspired movement, and choreography designed to improve control and movement quality.


Fierce Floorwork
A movement-focused floorwork class emphasizing transitions, body awareness, fluidity, positioning, and control while supporting overall pole movement development.


Chair Dance
A beginner-friendly choreography class featuring dance movement on and around the chair while helping students build confidence, coordination, and performance quality.


Get Sexy Adult Dance Fusion
A choreography-based dance class focused on confidence, musicality, expressive movement, and performance-inspired dance combinations.


Dance Experiences
Special themed dance classes and choreography experiences inspired by specific artists, music styles, or performance concepts.


Body Awareness
This class focuses on movement quality, breathing techniques, body connection, control, and floor-based movement patterns designed to improve overall awareness and confidence in movement.


AERIAL TRAINING


Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga combines supported stretching, mobility, flexibility, and strength work using the aerial hammock in a beginner-friendly environment.


Aerial Hammock
Available through Mixed Aerial and specialty workshops, series, & private lessons. Students work on strength, conditioning, sequencing, poses, tricks, and aerial movement combinations within the hammock.


Lyra / Aerial Hoop
Lyra sessions are currently offered in Mixed Aerial Workshops or through Private 1:1 training only.
