Class Info

We offer Semi Private Classes capped at 3-4 participants & Private 1:1 Sessions.   

In our Semi Private schedule, with such small class sizes each student is able to work at their own level, with more individualized attention.           


Semi Private Classes Offered: 

Pole Technique, Pole Dance, Pole Fluidity & Flow, Floor work, Flexibility & Conditioning, Invert Clinics, Body Awareness, Chair Dance, Get Sexy Adult Dance 


Please Note: Pole classes are the studios main focus and offered daily. Floorwork, Flexibility, Conditioning, Invert Clinics, Body Awareness, alternate through the schedule each month, to give all members and package holders a chance to attend these bonus classes. Chair Dance & Get Sexy Adult Dance are offered twice a month at this time.


Aerial Hammock & Aerial Stretch are offered in series. 

Next available series April 2023


Private Aerial Hammock & Stretch sessions are available.

Aerial Lyra is offered in Private 1:1 Lessons only.

Private 1:1 are available for Pole, Aerial Hammock, Lyra, Flexibility, Conditioning, Chair Dance, Choreography, &  Acro


If you are looking for a way to build or improve your skills, private 1:1 is a great option!

 One on one time with an instructor helps ensure you're learning is tailored to your goals, as well as your body, which will help you improve faster and learn things you might not get to work on as quickly in general classes.

In your one-hour session we will be able to work with your body, your abilities, and your goals in order to improve skill, technique, and strength and accelerate the pace of your learning.
