Welcome to MCDF

Our small group classes are designed to provide a fun and engaging experience while helping clients develop strength, flexibility, and confidence. Our classes are carefully curated to offer a well-rounded and progressive learning experience for all levels. 


Our regular class schedule includes Pole Fitness, Pole Dance, Flow, Flexibility, Conditioning, Specialty Workshops, and Adult Dance. Pole training is the primary focus of our weekly class schedule and is offered daily.


MCDF also offers mixed aerial workshops featuring Aerial Hammock and Aerial Hoop/Lyra, along with Aerial Yoga and private aerial training opportunities throughout the year.


Additional classes, workshops, dance experiences, and specialty training opportunities rotate throughout the schedule seasonally to give students a variety of ways to continue progressing in their training.

New Student Offers

Single Intro Class

$26

Perfect for students looking to try a first beginner class before committing to a training program. 

Valid for 30 days, unless redeemed sooner. 

Beginner Intro Series: 3 Classes

$65

Designed for students wanting to explore a few beginner classes and experience the MCDF training environment before committing into a journey.

Valid for 30 days, unless redeemed sooner.

Beginner Foundations Series: 8 Classes

$149

Recommended for students ready to build confidence, consistency, and foundational skills at MCDF. 

Valid for 45 days, unless redeemed sooner.

How To Register

If you would like to register or have any questions, email: MCDFPole@gmail.com  


When submitting a registration request, include your full name, email and phone number, so we can match the account you created in our system, and purchase your pass or package from the menu above.  Once registered, you will receive an email receipt for your purchase, and a welcome email with all info needed for your first class.  

Terms & Conditions

Special beginner offers are for new clients only. Limit one per person (one single intro class OR one beginner package).


Single Intro Classes are offered on a limited basis for students exploring beginner training opportunities at MCDF.


Offers are valid for the time listed at purchase unless redeemed sooner.


New student passes/packages may not be stacked or combined to create private 1:1 reservations.


All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Extensions will not be granted due to non-usage.


MCDF requires a minimum of a 12-hour' notice for group session cancellations. 24-hour notice for private cancellations. Early cancellations will have the class/pass returned to the package with the ability to reschedule prior to the package expiration date. Late cancellations and no-shows will have the class deducted from the account as if attended.


Students interested in continuing training after their beginner package may contact MCDFPole@gmail.com for ongoing training options and package information.
