Festival Workshop Schedule


Sunday 11/16/25 - with Jenni - spots available

💃 10:30-11:30am Low Flow & Basework Foundations
Focus on foundational movements at the base of the pole, building strength, control, and body awareness. Learn to blend sequences and transitions smoothly to enhance your overall fluidity.


Monday 11/17/25 - with Jenni - spots available

⚡6-7pm Pole Fit Foundations

A skill-building workshop designed to help you expand your foundation with beginner tricks, transitions, and clean, confident movement on the pole. Beginner friendly & open to all levels.


Tuesday 11/18/25 - with Jenni - waitlist available

🌀6:30-7:30pm The Art of Momentum

Master the balance between control and flow in this workshop focused on generating and sustaining momentum through spins and transitions on both static and spin pole. You’ll learn techniques to move with power, precision, and fluidity - turning force into effortless motion.


Friday 11/21/25 - with Jenni - waitlist available

⚡5-6pm: Level Up: Pole Tricks + Transitions
Take your pole journey to the next level in this skill-building workshop designed to support your progression. We’ll focus on body awareness, refine technique, and break down the tricks and transitions that have been challenging you, helping you build strength, clarity, and confidence in your movement. - This is an Open Level Workshop, beginners are welcome.


💥6-7pm Climbing with Intention

Take your climbs to the next level by focusing on technique, control, and engagement. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to move with purpose—activating the right muscles for smoother, stronger, and more polished climbs. We’ll break down body alignment, conditioning drills, and mindful movement to help you climb with confidence, efficiency, and grace

🌙 10:30-11:30am Floorwork: Acro Foundations (Dynamic Foundations)

Build strength, control, and body awareness in this floor-based workshop focused on shoulder rolls, engagement, and clean lines. Learn to move smoothly through transitions and add dynamic movement to your journey. - Beginner friendly & open to all levels.


Friday 11/28/25 - with Jenni 

🤸🏾5:15-6:15pm: Invert Foundations - Lifts, Lines & Connection - waitlist available

This workshop focuses on refining the fundamentals of inverting with strength, control, and intention. Participants will explore key points of contact, proper hand and body grips, and the mechanics of the initial lift to safely and efficiently move upside down. Through guided drills and mindful movement, we’ll build body awareness to create clean, expressive shapes and dynamic lines while inverted. 


🎶6:30-7:30pm The Art of Freestyle & Musicality - waitlist available
Let go of choreography and discover your own rhythm. This guided freestyle session will teach you how to connect with music, explore textures and timing, and move from instinct - perfect for all levels.

Slow down, breathe, and connect to your body. This beginner-friendly class focuses on simple, grounded movements that build confidence, coordination, and expression - no experience needed. (This is not a sexy dance class - this is a body awareness accelerator)

Get comfortable moving around the pole while building smooth, confident flow. This workshop focuses on connecting spins, transitions and tricks into seamless sequences, refining technique, and strengthening your control so every movement feels effortless. Beginner friendly & open to all levels.
