Membership Payment Plan Policies:
Exact payment schedule will be determined on the date of registration.
Payments are due by the due date listed at the time of registration. If not paid by the due date a $25 late fee will be added to the invoice. Any reserved sessions will be released and account will be put on hold. If unpaid within 48 hours of the due date, the membership will be terminated for non payment. A $125 Early termination fee will be added to the invoice and due immediately.
Once Tuition is paid, student may attend sessions during the paid membership period.
In the event a committed membership is canceled for any reason, the $125 Early Cancellation fee will be charged, and due immediately.
Sessions Allotted with Membership:
Journey Members: 2 Semi Private Sessions/Week
Essence Members: 3 Semi Private Sessions/Week
Elite Members: 4 Semi Private Sessions/Week
Ensure to attend your allotted sessions each week, as they do not carry over.
In the event you are going on vacation, please give a notice to MCDFPole@gmail.com You will have 2 weeks from your documented return to make up the sessions missed , due to your vacation.
Late Cancels/No Shows
MCDF requires a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. In the event less than 24 hours notice is given, the cancellation will be considered “late” You will be charged a $20 cancellation fee for each late cancelled class up to 24 hours before the class, No exceptions. If your reservation is a no show the charge will be $25. Missed session fees are due no later than 48 hours of the missed session. - Once payment is received, a make up pass will be added to your account and valid for 2 weeks from the date of the missed session .Due to the discounted tuition with memberships, Missed Session fees are not negotiable and will be deducted from tuition and alter the expiration of your membership, if unpaid. If you are using a gift card to pay a late cancel fee, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org for an invoice within 24 hours of the missed session.
