MCDF Memberships are designed for students looking to train consistently, build progression, and maintain priority access within our structured training environment. Memberships support long-term growth, accountability, and ongoing development while helping students maintain a regular training schedule.

Membership perks are valid for the duration of the active membership and are subject to change at any time based on studio scheduling and offerings.

CLASS RESERVATIONS & ATTENDANCE
Purchasing a membership does not guarantee a spot in class. Students must still reserve sessions in advance through the online scheduling system.
Please ensure you are attending your allotted sessions each week, as unused sessions do not carry over unless otherwise specified.
VACATION / TIME OFF POLICY
If you are going on vacation or require time off, please provide at least 4 weeks notice to MCDFPole@gmail.com.
Students will have 2 weeks from their documented return date to make up missed sessions. If proper notice is not provided, makeup sessions are not guaranteed.
MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT PLAN POLICIES
All deposits, payments, and tuition made to MCDF are non-refundable.
Payment plan tuition is due no later than the due date assigned at registration.
If tuition is not paid by the close of studio on the assigned due date:
• A $25 Late Fee will be added to the tuition invoice
• Membership access may be suspended
• Reservations attached to unpaid tuition may be released back to the schedule
Tuition must be received within 72 hours of the due date to avoid cancellation for non-payment. If a membership is canceled due to non-payment:
• Reinstatement is available within 24 hours for an additional $25 reinstatement fee
• If not reinstated within 24 hours, a $189 Early Membership Termination Fee will be added and the remaining balance will become due immediately
Once invoice balances are paid, sessions attached to the unpaid tuition invoice will be converted into a bundle package valid for 30 days from the date issued.
LATE CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS
MCDF requires a minimum of 12-hour notice for all cancellations.
Reservations canceled prior to the 12-hour mark will have the class pass automatically returned to the account for rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice will:
• Be considered a Late Cancellation
• Result in a $10 Late Cancellation Fee
• Redeem the discounted pass attached to the reservation
• Not qualify for a makeup session
No Shows will:
• Result in a $25 Missed Session Fee
• Redeem the reserved pass as if attended
• Not qualify for a makeup session
Failure to clear missed session fees within 24 hours may result in:
• Fees being deducted from paid tuition
• Bonus sessions being redeemed
• Suspension of bonus sessions and/or advanced reservation access for excessive missed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows
Please ensure you are only reserving sessions you are able to attend and avoid same-week cancellations whenever possible.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to continue your membership and wish to cancel, a Drop Form must be completed. An Early Membership Termination Fee of $189 will be charged upon submission of the form. This fee covers administrative processing and the time required to refill the membership spot during non-enrollment periods.
For members on payment plans:
• Billing will cease the month following submission of the Drop Form
For members paid in full:
• Remaining tuition, less the early termination fee, will be issued as studio credit valid for the duration of the original membership term
Please note: Drop Forms will not be accepted after the 20th week of the membership term. If the membership is not canceled by week 20, remaining tuition payments attached to the membership will still be required.
IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP NOTE
Memberships are created for the purpose of student progression and consistency. Due to limited availability within memberships and specialty workshops, students who voluntarily drop from a membership may become ineligible for future membership registration opportunities.
